When you call Taproot Eco Design for a consultation for landscape or hardscape work this is the process we follow for every customer

  1. Initial Phone Call
  2. Set appointment to come out to your place and hear your ideas about the final product you are looking for
  3. It will take 2-3 weeks to develop your design including full color design, plant pictures and detailed estimate
  4. 2nd meeting will take place at your home. Design and estimate will be presented along with examples of previous work, catalogues or samples of materials and plant pictures that will be included in the design
  5. Revisions – hopefully the customer loves the initial design and wants us to install but sometimes there have to be changes made to structure of design or specific plants. Taproot will go back and forth with the customer until they have exactly what they want – in the end it is the client that has the final say.
  6. Once a design has been approved by the customer for installation a deposit of 50% will be collected to put the customer on Taproot’s schedule.
  7. A timeline will be given of job completion and duration once the deposit has been collected and updated as needed as start date approaches.
